We know how hard you work, how busy you are, and how little time you have to wait on an answer. In many cases, loans can be approved for further processing in a day because we have local underwriting and local approvals. There are no big approval committees and no bureaucracy-just individuals making decisions on a timely basis. When our customers have a question or problem, our goal is to resolve it as soon as possible.
